According to an insider, Tom Cruise and Sandra Bullock are currently dating, becoming Hollywood's current "It" couple - that is, if or when they make it public or confirm the supposed relationship.

Cruise and Bullock were introduced to each other in 2009 at the Golden Globes, but during that time, both stars were still married to other people. Cruise was still married to actress Katie Holmes, while Bullock was still with her tattooed husband, the womanizing Jesse James.

A source shared that from the moment they met, the two stars immediately felt a connection and, that the two were giddy around each other.

 "There was definitely a spark - but neither ever thought their marriages would fizzle out," the insider added.

After both marriages ended, the two found themselves single and, according to their friends, the alleged new pair is "a natural love match".

Bullock, tagged as "America's Sweetheart", is said to have always had a liking for her close pal George Clooney. However, sparks just simply didn't fly between the two and, no it's never going to happen especially since Clooney just got married.

Tom, on the other hand, wants to be in a long-term and loving relationship again.

Their mutual pals have allegedly said that the actress is beautiful and funny, and would be the suitable mate for Cruise.

Although Bullock is not a Scientologist, Cruise and Bullock's friends believe that they are perfect for each other, especially when it comes to parenting.

 "There's no question her son Louis and his little girl Suri would became fast friends," the source shared.

Since the two already have their own money and own well-established careers, there wouldn't be any jealousy when it came to who made more money or who was more famous.

"It would be a match made in heaven," the source added.
