Defending champion Serena Williams is back on track as she demolished Canadian star Eugenie Bouchard in two straight sets 6-1 6-1 in her final round-robin match at the WTA Finals in Singapore on Thursday.
After a shocking a loss against Simona Halep where she only won two games and even had a "bagel" in the first set, the World No. 1 got back in form and crushed the fifth seeded Bouchard.

The top seed connected five service aces and saved one break point she faced in the entire match that lasted just under an hour.
Williams, 33, credits her match to her coach Patrick Mouratoglou who told her to stay focus and that she is still in the tournament.
"Yesterday was tough for me but I had to put it behind me," Williams said. "My coach really helped me out and to focus on today, telling me that I'm still in the tournament, even though I felt like I was out of it after such a tough loss."
The 18-time Grand Slam champion is now in second place behind Simona Halep who is now qualified in the knockout rounds of Group Red and now awaits the Romanian's final match against Ana Ivanovic scheduled on Friday.
Halep must win at least a set against the Serb in order for Williams to join her in the semifinals.
In Group White, Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova has also made it into the semis after she eliminated French Open title holder Maria Sharapova who is winless in the tournament.
Friday's matches will be extremely important for Radwanska and Kvitova as well.
Radwanska must win her match against Sharapova in the first game, if she does, Aga will intensely wait for the outcome of the Kvitova-Wozniacki match and hopes that the Danish wins so that Radwanska will join Kvitova in the semifinals.
Kvitova on the other hand must win her match against Wozniacki and hopes that Radwanska loses her match against Sharapova in order for her to qualify.
