Korean media reports revealed that the three Korean members of the hit K-Pop band have enrolled at Seoul's Kyung Hee Cyber University. Said academic institute is considered as one of the best online universities in the country.
Suho, Chan Yeol and Baek Hyun are said to have enrolled as new students in the university, majoring in Culture and Art Management.
Suho, who is the eldest member and leader of EXO-K, the Korean subunit of EXO, used to be a student at the Korean University of Arts majoring in acting. However, he had to drop out from his classes as the tight schedule of the band was always in conflict with his lectures.
Now, he has decided to enroll together with Chan Yeol and Baek Hyun to continue pursuing their studies.
Kyung Hee Cyber University is popular among people who cannot commit to fixed schedules being an online school. Since EXO add other idols have very busy schedules both performing in domestic events and promoting overseas, they find it difficult to study and be idols at the same time. Online school has since then become the best solution for this problem.
Other idols who have also enrolled at the university include all the members of the band CN Blue, MBLAQ's Yang Seng Ho, Beast's Yoon Doo Joon and FT Island's Lee Hong Ki and Lee Jae Jin.
On the other hand, EXO is rumored to be currently preparing for a new album and is also busy with overseas promotions.
