After being somehow involved in the drug scandal which resulted to the arrest of Kai Ko and Jaycee Chan, Taiwanese actor Chen Bo Lin has finally made his first public appearance on October 22, Tuesday at a fashion event.
On previous reports, Bo Lin's name came out in the list of celebrities who are possible drug users in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China, resulting from the investigations that the Beijing authorities have conducted. He was also a known close friend of Ko and Chan which led to speculations that he, too, is a drug user. However, the actor has proven his innocence after promising to submit himself to necessary procedures to aid drug case.

Recently, the 31-year old actor made an appearance at a fashion event, sharing that he is currently busy filming the Chinese movie entitled 'The Continent'.
According to Bo Lin, he been talking to Ko through phone calls, saying that he had been doing so since the 23-year old actor returned to Taiwan subsequent to his 14-day detention in Beijing.
The 'In Time with You' star expressed that he believes that Ko's condition has been improving and that he will get better soon.
As for Chan, who is facing a heavier sentence compared to Ko, Bo Lin has stated that he has always been concerned over his friend's condition. He claimed that up until now, he wasn't certain of Chan's condition and that he hasn't heard about updates on the court trial dates.
In response to the rumors that he, too, used drugs along with his two friends, Bo Lin refuted them, saying that he has not done anything wrong. "I'm not afraid," he says.
He also explained that he has not been attending public events, not because he was hiding from the investigations but because he had been busy promoting 'The Continent' and another movie project that he will be filming in March next year.
