The Apple chief also sees an enormous market in China, saying "more people graduating into the middle class than any nation on Earth in history."
This week, Cook visited China to announce an expansion, talk about mobile security, and tour Foxconn Technology Co's iPhone factory in Zhengzhou.
"Great to meet talented people like Zhang Fan, who helps make iPhone 6 in Zhengzhou," the Apple's CEO tweeted after visiting the Foxconn factory.
According to Cook, "it's just a matter of time" before China becomes Apple's biggest revenue contributor.
During his trip in China, Cook also met with China's Vice Minister Ma Kai to discuss about "protection of users' information" and "strengthening cooperation" with regards to information and communication, reported news agency, Xinhua.
