Taiwanese actress and TV host Alyssa Chia admits to having a romantic relationship with her fellow actor Xiu Jie Kai following her divorce with the former husband Charles Sun.

According to media reports, last October 22, the 40-year old actress confirmed that she has had a relationship with 'Black and White 2' star Jie Kai which was dubbed as a May-December romance because of their nine-year age gap.

Based on Taiwanese media outlets, Alyssa and Jie Kai have known each other through the former's younger brother just recently. The pair had been then spotted strolling at the Riverside Park in Taipei, Taiwan last Sunday, October 19. Reports also said that Alyssa and Jie Kai have taken the actress' nine-year old daughter, Angelina Sun, with them.

Furthermore, the actress and her new beau were said to have behaved intimately when Angelina walked ahead of them to catch up with their pet dog which they've also brought along with them.

Last October 22, Alyssa has attended the movie premiere of 'Chilling Effect' and has been bombarded by questions by the media regarding her new relationship. The actress, who seemed to be in a good mood, thanked the reporters for their concern.

Jie Kai, who is 31-years old, posted a message on his Weibo account yesterday morning, stating that he treasures the people who come into his life and promised to work hard in order to protect those who are close to him.

According to media reports, the actor only had plans to train the actress for a race she will be attending, however, their relationship blossomed into something more. The couple is said to have gone to different trips together.

On the other hand, it has been rumored that Alyssa was in a relationship with actress Kong Qing Yi and that Sun, Alyssa's former husband allegedly commented on Jie Kai's Weibo post, claiming that his former wife is in a relationship with the actress.

However, Qing Yi refuted the rumor, saying that there was no truth in it and praised Alyssa for being a filial person.
