Hong Kong actor Lawrence Ng has reportedly admitted to having problems within his marriage with his wife Shi Yang Zi but denied rumors that they will be filing for a divorce.
Ng has recently been embroiled in divorce rumors with his wife, Shi, who is 21 years old younger than him. Furthermore, according to the rumors, Ng's wife had been ignoring her duties as a wife and has left their six-year old daughter in order to pursue her acting career in Mainland China.

The rumor also claimed that Shi has been going to many nightclubs in the city where she would introduce herself as single and flirt with other younger men while she's on it. Said rumor also implied that Shi is involved with another male while still married to Ng.
Since the actor felt disappointed over his wife's behavior, he allegedly returned to Hong Kong in order to stay with his parents. Additionally, Ng and Shi were said to have not been talking and are deciding whether they should file for divorce.
However, the actor responded and clarified that he is having communication problems with his wife, but is not going to file for divorce.
Last October 26, Ng wrote a message on his Weibo post to address the rumors which was published in a magazine that same day, where he admitted that there was a problem going on between himself and Shi.
"I have some communication problems with my wife. Perhaps it's due to the fact that we live in different places," the 50-year old actor wrote.
According to Ng, he and his wife are solving their difficulties in the best way they could. He also assured that public that he and Shi will be resolving it soon.
Contrary to the claims that his wife has been behaving badly and that there was a third party, Ng denied it and encouraged the public to stop believing in the false reports which he claimed were made to deliberately attack his wife.
