Following the rumors that Kate Tsui has undergone plastic surgery, the Hong Kong actress has stepped forward to respond to the issue, saying that she is too scared to go under the knife to even consider it.
The 'Harmony is a Virtue' actress has finally spoken about her plastic surgery rumors, claiming that the statements made by the magazine that published the story didn't have a basis for its claims.

"It's all unfounded," said Tsui, refuting the rumor which claimed she has gone under surgery in order to alter the shape of both her eyes and lips. "The magazine didn't even have evidence to back up its claims."
According to the actress, the magazine deliberately chose a bad photo of her in order to compare to her current looks. Tsui shared that she felt disappointed about how the magazine chose to compare an old photo with a new one. Furthermore, Tsui supported her claim by saying that she is too scared to undergo plastic surgery or even get cosmetic injections just to enhance her look.
"I really don't want to die," the actress said, also stating that she has no plans to sue the publication which released the defamatory claims against her.
Instead of dwelling on the matter, Tsui claimed that she does not have any intention of making a big deal out of it. "It's all just talk," she said, adding that the magazine does not have any evidence to prove their claims.
Tsui also pointed out that although one's appearance as an entertainer is important, she said that she is more concerned about her health at the moment, sharing that she was once admitted to the hospital due to her weak immunity.
Instead of dwelling over attacks on her appearance, the actress says that she would rather focus on her health as she does not want to go through health problems again.
