In a development in the story regarding Ashley Greene's West Hollywood condo catching fire, the claims that a glass crack pipe was found in the ruins of her home turned out to be false.
It was TMZ that reported the allegedly found drug paraphernalia, and the publication even obtained a sworn deposition of the building's manager, Adrian Mayorga.

Mayorga also is suing the actress after he said that the fire made him suffer permanent respiratory damage. He is not alone, as other tenants in the building are suing the actress following the fire.
The incident happened in March 2013, and reports say that Greene was with her brother and then-boyfriend Ryan Phillippe inside the condo when the apartment caught fire. The blaze claimed the life of one of the actress' dogs.
"There was no crack pipe found in Ashley's apartment," a source close to the "Twilight" actress said.
"It's all hearsay from unnamed sources - Mayorga's claiming he heard from a friend of an unidentified worker who may have entered the apartment. Additionally, Phillippe went on the record saying that he wasn't there," the source added.
Mayorga said in his deposition that he saw Greene and her companions. He claimed that they looked "disoriented... they looked like they were drunk or under the influence of something." The building manager also alleged that the worker who was clearing up Greene's apartment of wreckage claimed to have found a glass crack pipe inside the star's home.
Mayorga also complained saying that only the actress, her brother Joe and her boyfriend Ryan Phillippe were the only ones treated for injuries when in fact others including himself have sustained injuries.
