They might be close as a family, but it seems Kylie Jenner is afraid to work with brother-in-law Kanye West.
The 17-year-old reality TV star is said to be ready to start her music career, but is "terrified" to ask for Kanye's help.
The youngest Jenner, who was always the more outspoken one of the bunch, will not be following the steps of her older sisters. Kylie, who once made a rap song for her mother Kris Jenner on "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" is apparently afraid to enlist the help of Kanye West because he is "too intense and too hardcore."

"There's two reasons Kylie isn't really hitting up Kanye for music pointers, and one is that she thinks he'd be way too critical of her," a source revealed.
"Maybe his criticism would be a good thing, maybe not. But she's a little terrified to work with him on music just because she thinks he's too intense and too hardcore when it comes to his work ethic and she'd hate for that to somehow drift over and make it bad blood in the family," the source added, disputing rumors that there may have been a feud already within the family.
The teenager's fear, however, is rational, as the source explained that Kylie really knew what she was doing.
"She knows it's probably a mistake because Kanye is to rap what an ATM is to money. He owns the game. He's prolific. But she's just not that interested," the source explained.
There is another big name in rap that is willing to help Kylie. It is none other than her rumored boyfriend Tyga.
Kylie and Tyga have been working together on her music, HollywoodLife.com claimed.
"He thinks she's got something and could be a star in the music industry," said the source.
