Are they or are they not dating? Janel Parrish and "Dancing With the Stars" partner Val Chmerkovskiy were caught in a lip lock and holding hands in a Halloween party in Beverly Hills on October 24.

The former "Pretty Little Liars" actress and her 28-year-old dance partner were not shy when it came to publicly showing their affection for each other. It seems the two have taken their fiery hot chemistry off the dance floor and into real life.

The couple reportedly kissed in front of everyone at the Casamigos Halloween party. It was also said that the two just could not keep their hands off of each other.

The two even wore matching outfits to the party. Both were in an all-black attire. Parrish was a sexy cat, wearing cat ears, a see-through corset inside her jacket and skin-tight jeans. Chmerkovskiy on the other hand, wore black pants and a black vest, cat ears and drawn on whiskers.

The couple was probably the sexiest dressed couple in that party.

Parrish, 25, and Chmerkovskiy, 28, have both denied that they were in a relationship with each other. But with proof like this, how can they deny it now?

The rumors that the two were dating started when they kissed backstage during "Dancing With the Stars."

The news that Parrish's ex-boyfriend, Payson Lewis, broke up with her mid-season of the show only added fuel to the rumors of her dating her partner.

Parrish and Chmerkovskiy have grown very close during the show, and fans even theorize that that closeness was the reason for the breakup.
