Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie continue to show vague signs as they went out hand in hand to a Halloween party on October 25.

The singer-actress and the hockey player, are supposed to be broken up. The two announced their separation in January of this year.

Duff, 27, and Comrie, 34, were photographed holding hands at the Casamigos Halloween party, sparking once again, the rumors that the two are back together.

The former Disney star was a fairy for the party, wearing a white tank top tucked into a billowing silver skirt. Her waist was cinched with a brown belt, and she also wore ankle boots, a mask, a crown, and fairy wings. Comrie showed up in a black suit and bowtie.

This is not the first time the two have been caught warming up to each other in public since their separation. They have even been called the worst broken up couple by HollywoodLife.com because of this.

The former couple was spotted before, eating as a family at the Beverly Hills restaurant Caulfield's. The parents to Luca Cruz, 2, weren't shy at all about showing some PDA.

This might just be a show to make things look more amicable between the two. But with Luca being absent, could their hand holding mean so much more than just friendship?

Duff has been coy about the relationship when she was asked about it recently. She stated that she and her estranged husband were great friends, but then she added, "I mean, if there wasn't a chance for getting back [together], I think we would've filed for divorce."

"We're really laid-back, and we're like, ‘Well, whatever happens, happens. Once we're tired of doing this, we'll either make this choice or make this choice," Duff said in an interview with E! Online.

Whether they are reconsidering their separation or not, one thing's for sure. The two seemed to be warming up to each other again.
