Japanese-born Taiwan-based TV personality Mai Sato has reportedly tied the knot with Taiwanese heir Wang Quan Ren last October 15 in a private ceremony.
Sato, who is well known in the Taiwanese entertainment scene until 2007 for the variety show 'Young Guns', has gotten married to Wang, who is the heir of Formosa Plastics Group just recently in a hush-hush ceremony.

According to Taiwanese media reports, Wang and Sato have known each other for 10 year now, but it wasn't until May this year when they've decided to be in a relationship.
Furthermore, the TV personality has posted a vague message on her Twitter account, saying that it was an inconvenience for her to be speaking about an 'illness' which is now at its 'third month'. Her post has then led to speculations that she might be expecting a child and is in the first trimester of her pregnancy.
Despite the rumors, her managing company has refused to comment about post, saying that they respect Sato's privacy.
On the other hand, Ken Zhu, her former boyfriend, allegedly sent his congratulations to Sato and Wang upon hearing of their marriage. Wang's ex-wife, Li Jing Jing, also expressed that she wishes her former husband the best on his new life with Sato.
On the one hand, the difference between the Wang's wedding ceremonies with Li and Sato has come to light among media outlets. Four years ago, Wang's wedding with Li, who is the heiress to Capital Bus, was highly-publicized. The pair had even been dubbed as the next golden couple.
However, he divorced his former wife on the eve of Valentine's Day. Their marriage is said to have declined and they have eventually announced that they've gone on their separate ways on amicable terms.
In comparison, Wang and Sato's wedding had been a very intimate gathering. The occasion is said to have been attended by only 65 guests including their closest friends and family.
