After issues about a sex offender being dated by the matriarch of the reality show "Here Comes Honey Boo Boo" have surfaced, TLC has announced it's cutting the season and the crew of the show were seen clearing the home of the stars days after the unfortunate announcement.

The TLC crew was spotted on Monday as Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson was seen helping the crew to clear out their home in McIntyre, Georgia. Lighting equipment and other things on the home of the stars were already stripped off.

Alana was seen smiling although the show has been cancelled but her mom, June "Mama June" Shannon, did not give a trace of being happy amid reports and as their series has been cancelled.

The show was officially cancelled last week as it was reported that Shannon was dating a registered sex offender in Georgia Mark McDaniel who allegedly molested Anna, one of the daughters of Shannon, when she was just nine years old.

As for Mike 'Sugar Bear' Thompson, the father of Alana, he was seen smiling and waving at the paparazzi shortly after the TLC crew left the area. He did, however, released a statement saying that he was upset over the cancellation of the show.

Anyway, Shannon continues to deny the allegations that she is dating the sex offender as she posted on her Facebook page that people should not believe what they read online and in the tabloids as her number one priority are her children. She is now being threatened to lose custody over her children once proven that her daughters are in danger having McDaniel around.

The lawyer of the family, Lynn Soodik, pressed that the Department of Family Services in Georgia might give custody to Thompson once they prove that Shannon cannot protect her children. She added: "Even if Department of Child family services don't feel the child is at risk, the father could go in and ask to modify the custody arrangement."
