Renee Zellweger was spotted out and about in Mississippi, where she is about to start filming her latest film "Same Kind of Different as Me" and the star was completely unrecognizable.

Renee recently made the headlines after she attended Elle's annual women in Hollywood awards, where she looked completely different and rumors once again swirled about her going under the knife. She released a statement a few days after the uproar saying "I'm glad they think I look different! I'm living a happy more fulfilling life and I am beyond thrilled that it somewhat shows."

The 45-year old actress looked anxious and tired as she ran errands wearing a gray sweater with her hair up in a high bun. She had always denied the plastic surgery rumors, dismissing them and calling them "Silly". 

A source says that when the plastic surgery re-surfaces Renee was very upset and cried about it but her boyfriend, Doyle, put her at ease and helped her gain a different perspective, a more positive one." the source also adds that Renee "No longer cares what anyone thinks and what other people say, she believes that these people can go screw themselves if they think she looks bad."

During her outing, Paparazzi quizzed her regarding her "new" face, which is a far cry from her looks in the Bridget Diary Films, she replied by saying "Oh my, you're going to ask me that question again, I've got better things to do and I am sure you do too."
