Facebook has revealed an update on their Photos app, making it easier to organize small batches of photos uploaded from a smartphone.
According to the social media giant, users can now upload multiple photos from Apple products or Android-powered products, and preview them once uploaded. Users can also rearrange the photos, clicking and dragging any photo to create new positions.

All in all, a Facebook app user can upload 30 photos and can also tag, add locations, captions and descriptions for each photo. This is very different from the uploading in Facebook before when users could not rearrange the photos and had no control of how it appears once uploaded.
Facebook pressed that they want users to feel as if their platform is a place where people can tell stories via photos, instead of just being a cloud storage of photos as albums are created.
According to Facebook product manager Rose Yao, the project is a "culmination of all the work we've done in the last year around storytelling." She adds that it's not just about weddings or big events, it's also about the daily moments people want to capture.
The photos you upload without having to create an album is a new way to create stories and appears under the tab labeled "Your Photos" and is shared in real time.
Tagsin the moment, real time, creating stories, not making albums, control over its appearance, uploading easier.
