"Glee" actress Jane Lynch and her former wife, Dr. Lara Embry, finalized this divorce in Los Angeles on Monday.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Ralph C. Hofer approved the Lynch and Embry's divorce judgment.
In the terms imposed by Hofer, Lynch is required to give Embry half of her royalties from a number of the actress' TV projects, which includes several seasons of "Glee".

Embry will be receiving a lump sum of US$1.2 million, which she will be obtaining in the span of 2 years.
Aside from the above mentioned, Embry will also be receiving half of the following: several bank and trust accounts, Lynch's 401K, proceeds from their Mullholland Tennis Club membership and tax refund.
The good doctor will also be acquiring their L.A. Yacht club membership and their dog, Francis.
The Emmy winner met Embry, a clinical psychologist, at a fundraiser in 2009. The two tied the knot a year later.
In July 2013, 54-year old Lynch filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.
Despite breaking up, the former couple seem to have separated amicably and continue to be friends, with the pair spotted going on holidays and having lunch together.
After her split from Embry, Lynch shared that she kind of enjoys being single and, that she doesn't think online dating is for her.
The actress admitted that sometimes she does think about the fact that she should be dating, but isn't too interested in going through the whole process of courtship just yet.
In an interview with Larry King, Lynch opened up that they tried to make their split as undramatic as possible and, that Haden, Embry's daughter from a previous relationship, continues to be "very dear" to her.
"We have to remain adults, which we have. We keep everybody -- especially Haden's -- good in our mind," Lynch shared.
