Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Martin's split has been making a buzz on the internet as they have dated for only four months. A source then tells the press that their short-lived romance was not at all dramatic.

The good-looking pair was said to have an amicable split and that things just did not work out for the both of them although they have been reported a couple of times to have been very showy of their love for each other.

The source continued saying that the split has already occurred weeks ago and that there are no known hard feelings between the two.

Also, it has been presumed by the fans and the press that due to the busy schedules of the two, it might have weighed on to the reason of their break up. Coldplay frontman and his band are said to have numerous performances these coming weeks while The Hunger Games lead actress is on a promotional tour for her upcoming movie "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" set to hit theatres by November 17.

The two have started dating shortly after Lawrence announced her split with her X-Men co-star Nicholas Hoult and just months after Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow finalized their divorce.

Lawrence was seen a day after the split was announced and she seemed okay as she smiled while the paparazzi snapped photos of her as she was seen pumping her own gas in Santa Monica. She was seen hours before at the Malibu home of Martin and she was seen leaving with a couple of her belongings.

As for Martin's ex-wife Paltrow, a source said that the actress was not at all surprised by the pslit of the two. The insider added: "She never thought the relationship was going to last because of their age difference. Jen is 24 and Chris is 37. Plus, Jen complained to Chris that she felt like the third wheel in their relationship because of all the time he spent with his kids."

The source adds that Gwyneth also pressured Martin to spend time with their kids and that led to Lawrence and Martin allegedly not being able to spend as much time as they want to because Apple and Moses kept on calling their dad.

Paltrow, Martin and Lawrence are yet to determine if the source has told the truth about the statements released.
