Kim Jong-Un, the leader of North Korea, has told his soldiers to prepare for an upcoming war with the United States, according to Pyongyang media. Satellites showed that the Kim could implement another nuclear test soon.
The news comes at the end of US President Barack Obama's two-day visit to Kim's neighboring country, South Korea. Obama said the North could receive tougher sanctions if it pushed through with its underground detonation. He also told his troops stationed in Seoul that Pyongyang's pursuit of nukes would isolate the nation even more. According to South China Morning Post, Obama dismissed NoKor's threats, saying they will not hesitate to use military force to defend US allies.

North Korea seems to be preparing for its fourth nuclear test. The latest test comes amid strict sanctions implemented by the international community.
KCNA also gave an update about Kim monitoring his troop's preparations. The agency said Kim Jong-Un's sub-units received severe criticism for lack of adequate combat readiness. While watching the exercises, he stressed on the importance of preparation as the nation faces an impending war with the US.
The state media revealed Kim's thoughts about his officer's lack of enthusiasm about the current mission. He observed that the commanding officers seemed to be thinking about other things such as sideline jobs. However, he still said the officers should maintain focus on their preparations for combat.
According to the North Korean state media, Kim ordered his troops to maintain a firing position and begin with the shelling drill. The location of the drill was not revealed.
North Korea had previously carried out three nuclear tests. The first was in 2006, then in 2009, and the most recent test occurred last year.
On Friday, Pyongyang announced that it had been holding 24-year-old Miller Matthew Todd, a US citizen since April 10. NoKor said Todd was passing through immigration and was held due to untoward behavior.
