The 28-year-old former child actress was placed under emergency conservatorship last year. However, she started to spiral downwards again and on Sept. 28, she was arrested for driving under the influence in California.
The court document shows that among her erratic behaviors included an attempt to shoplift, scrape a woman inside a nightclub and being asked to go out of the John F. Kennedy International Airport. She was also found to spend excessively, making her a "substantial risk to herself, to others, and to property."
The court petition further claimed that she "has been spending large amounts of her savings."
"It has been reported that she has recently made extensive purchases as gifts from jewelry stores, such as Cartier, for strangers," the petition continued.
Then, there's also Bynes' disturbing claims that doctors implanted a microchip inside her brain.
Per doctors' request, a judge had already extended her involuntary rehab in a Los Angeles treatment facility for another 30 days.
Bynes's mother was gained legal control over her daughter in August 2013 after she set fire to a driveway. The actress seemed to be progressing well and fine before last month's incident. She was already college classes and deleting controversial Tweets until last arrested again for bizarre behavior.
