Halloween's just a few hours away and Nextdoor, a social network site aiming to connect neighborhoods, has already released a mapping feature for trick-or-treaters so they know where to ask for treats next.
It's quite difficult to find the most generous homes that will give kids and kids at heart lots of treat. The Treat map was developed so users can be guided as to what route to best take.

Treat Map help parents identify where they can take their kids for Halloween night by directing them to the best spots in their neighborhoods.
Users will be able to indicate if they plan to give out treats or if they want to set up a haunted house. This information will then be used and will appear in the Treat Map as the app pins it in the neighborhood map.
"We're taking the guesswork out of Halloween to ensure you find the best, most convenient route possible for your trick-or-treaters," said Nextdoor.
The Treat Map is available to users' phones running iOS and Android and it's downloadable as an app. As for the web, it requires users to verify their addresses first so they can view the neighborhood information in the area where they live.
Nextdoor also created heat maps citywide so others who'd like to go trick-or-treating elsewhere will be guided accordingly. The Treat Maps include 20 cities around the United States, including Atlanta, Dallas, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Seattle.
