With Jon Jones' Nike deal in the drain, the current Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) light heavyweight champion Jon Jones is eyeing a deal with Reebok.
Jones lost his deal with Nike after his altercation with the challenger for his title, Daniel Cormier.
In an earlier press conference on August 4, the two fighters faced off, as was customary for press conferences and weigh-ins.

However, Jones got to close and butted heads with Cormier. This prompted the challenger to shove Jones, which started a brawl.
Jones charged in and threw elbows and punches, eventually taking Cormier down and mounting him. In the process of charging, Jones made things worse when he accidentally pushed down a UFC official.
One of the ripples from that altercation - apart from a 10 percent penalty from his upcoming fight purse and community service - was Jones losing his Nike sponsorship. He admitted this during his hearing with the Nevada Athletic Commission.
However, it does not seem as though Jones is worried. It actually seems that Jones will land on his feet and be alright.
Mixed Martial Journalist and UFC Tonight reporter Ariel Helwani stated that Jones and his management are currently in talks to form a sponsorship with Reebok. While the report suggested that other sporting brands were being spoken to as well, Reebok was leading.
Jones was one of the most seminal fighters in the United States. In his past fight with Alexander Gustaffson, he was being sponsored by Nike and Gatorade, two of America's biggest companies.
