Amanda Bynes was released Thursday from a California psychiatric facility, and it appears her treatment there had not been effective. According to various reports, Bynes has just slammed her parents in her latest rant on Twitter.
On Thursday night, Bynes wandered the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles after more than two weeks stay from a California psychiatric facility, according to TMZ.

According to the gossip site, the former Nickelodeon star was turned away by several hotels when she went out of the facility. Bynes reportedly asked a hearing officer to release her, which was granted despite her doctor saying she is mentally ill.
The officer said Bynes appeared lucid at the time she was allowed to go. She was also taking medication and therefore could no longer be held at the psychiatric facility involuntarily. This cut her supposed 30-day stay in the facility, reports Fox News.
On Friday morning, the 28-year-old actress took to Twitter to accuse her dad of sexually abusing her again.
She added that she has a lawyer preparing with her for a legal battle against her parents, and she does not need help from her parents making her own finances.
"I am going to court today with my lawyer to prove that I am more than capable of handling my personal life and finances and I am enraged," said the former child star as she slammed her parents.
"I got released from the hospital that Sam Lufti and my parents arranged to send me to because my dad is humiliated by what he's done. The police filed a report against my dad - I am not able to be in the same room with him. He is a sexual predator and he SHOULD BE IN JAIL," said the "Hairspray" actress.
"People need to hear the truth about who I really am - I need to show the judge that not only do I not need ANY help making decisions about," she added.
"So sorry you've been fooled by Sam Lufti and my parents, but they are lying about stealing money from me and i cannot continue to allow them to abuse me any more," she continued.
"Also Love Bugs, I look horrible right now because I had a procedure done under my eyes to remove micro cysts under my eyes, so I need to Wear a bandage To Court," said Bynes of her appearance.
Earlier this month, Bynes also reportedly made similar accusations against her father.
The involuntary medical hold at a Pasadena hospital began Oct. 10 after she took back the sexual abuse claims and tweeted that a "microchip" implanted in her brain was the cause of her accusing her father of sexual abuse.
Meanwhile, her parents said they were heartbroken and "horrified at the situation."
Bynes went into the psychiatric hospital after Sam Lutfi, Britney Spears' former manager, convinced her to come to Los Angeles.
Lutfi lied to Amanda that she would be able to sue her parents when she got there. Lutfi was apparently secretly working with Bynes' parents to bring her to a mental institution.
Earlier this week, Bynes' mother, Lynn, was granted a probate conservatorship . This meant she had full control over her daughter's estate while Amanda received round-the-clock treatment.
Bynes' mother said her daughter's recent DUI arrest in California and erratic behavior in New York meant Bynes is a threat to "substantial risk" to herself and others, TMZ reported.
Bynes' first chow alone consisted of fried chicken, salmon, guacamole and two different salads, according to TMZ.
She was also in search of a hotel.
