Amanda Bynes has just been released from her psychiatric hold and she has then freely gone to establishments of her own choice. She was spotted lately at a local diner but during her visit, she only ate watermelon.

The former star has been spotted at Mel's Diner located at West Hollywood, California and it has been her third visit in just three days.

A source has been interviewed and stated that Bynes was very quiet and timid during her visit. The source added that Bynes avoided being photographed at all costs.

Another source pressed that Bynes was in the diner for a couple of hours and that she was joined by a male friend where they just stayed at their booth. The source noted that Bynes did not do anything distracting during the said visit.

The insider pressed that Bynes only ate watermelon despite having tons of options since the diner offered burger, sandwiches, desserts and breakfast items.

Bynes has just been released from the hold but her mother, Lynn Bynes, has reinstated her conservatorship over her daughter last week. Meaning, her mom has once again control over her finances and medical decisions. This may or may not be lifted once the hearing is set on February 24, 2015.

The star was said to be dressed in a plaid top, a black skinny jeans, and white platform pumps. She indeed wanted to go incognito as she covered her face with a bright blue sweater while the paparazzi followed her to the parking lot when she was on her way to her chauffeured vehicle.

The star has been in the hold involuntarily since October 10 after enjoying New York City. She has been released because she had an attorney to defend her right over saying that she should not be in an involuntary hold.

She has also accused her dad of sexually assaulting her and tweeted disturbing thoughts ever since her release.
