"Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" was released today with its Day Zero Edition, but multiple gamers have been running into problems with the initial downloading process.
Although "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" isn't officially released until Nov. 4, those who preordered the game received the Day Zero Edition, which give gamers access to the game a whole day early.

Several frustrated gamers have been reporting issues when downloading their preordered copies of the game, and it's already gained the attention of Microsoft.
According to a report from Microsoft on its Xbox Live support page, the problem has apparently been fixed and if anyone still hasn't been able to successfully download their copy, then Microsoft urges them to delete the game and download it again.
"We're happy to say that our team has fixed the problem, but if you are still experiencing any issues, delete the game and re-download it," Microsoft said on its Xbox Live Support Page today. "Thanks for your patience while we got this issue worked out. Have fun!"
Gamers are also having trouble activating their 14-day Xbox Live Gold trial that was included with "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare." Microsoft is aware of this as well and says they're doing all they can at the moment to get this fixed.
"We're grateful for your patience and invite you to check back in half an hour for an update," Microsoft said on the Xbox Live issue.
Microsoft is offering access to download the game for all Xbox One users today, even for those who didn't preorder. Gamers who download the game today will also receive double XP throughout the day. "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare" officially launches tomorrow, Nov. 4, for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC.
