CNET has announced the launch of its first print edition scheduled to hit newsstands Monday.
CNET magazine is now available in the United States and Canada. It will be released quarterly, reports said.
The magazine's premiere issue, the Winter 2014 edition, carries a cover price of US$5.99. It features the rapper and actor LL Cool J on the cover.

The first issue of the magazine will have an initial run of 200,000 copies and will be available on stores like Costco, Target, Barnes & Noble and Walmart.
Contents and stories will range from thought-leader profiles to hands-on solutions to thorny tech challenges, according to the company's webpage.
CNET's co-editor in chief Connie Guglielmo said CBS Interactive, CNET's parent company, helped with the production and distribution. But the current staff of the 20-year-old online technology news and review site solely produced the magazine's content.
The magazine contains original content that hasn't appeared online.
"You won't find it online at least for a little while because the team is trying to make a statement that we're investing in print because we think it's a viable way to reach this audience," Guglielmo said.
CBS Interactive president and chief executive Jim Lanzone told media "the future for this brand is multi platform."
"We know the audience wants to experience CNET in multiple ways. This is a project we talked about for several years, and it got momentum in 2013, the best year in the history of CNET," Lanzone added.
