Video games developer Activision announced that it will be releasing the latest installment of the popular video game Call of Duty (COD), the Call of Duty Advance Warfare DLC, for the Xbox One game console.
The announcement means that COD fans who are using other game consoles, such as the PlayStation 3 and 4 and the personal computer, will have to wait another month to get their hands on the new COD game by Sledgehammer.

Both Activision and Microsoft's DLC have confirmed via official documents that the COD Advanced Warfare DLC will be released on the Xbox One first. The announcement ended speculations that Microsoft and Activision have severed ties following the release of the Call of Duty Ghosts.
Some PS4 owners may think that the COD: Advanced Warfare looks like a good deal, but they will not be pleased with this news because, according to Product Review, one month may be a long wait for them.
This is not, however, the first time that a COD game was released for the Xbox game console first. Since the Black Ops version's release in 2010, the COD downloadable content has been made available first to the Xbox 360 versions before being available to other platforms after a month, GameSpot reported.
An Xbox Wire post cited by GameSpot mentioned that the eleventh main title of the series will again bring its add-on content to Xbox first. Although the post did not mention that other non-Xbox platforms will have to wait again for a month, this will most likely be the situation, the report explained.
The revelation of the latest COD title was supposed to be this Sunday. But because of several leaks, Activision has decided to reveal it earlier, the report added.
The COD: Advanced Warfare is set in the future and features hoverbikes, energy weapons, and other futuristic objects. The lead character will be played by Kevin Spacey and the game will revolve around the role of Private Military Corporations, GameSpot reported.
