An amateur "inventor" has just made public his latest invention: bicycle tires made from ice.
Comedian inventor Colin Furze has posted a YouTube video showing-off his ice tires made inside a "Cryogenic Wheel Creator" otherwise known as a freezer. Furze molded the ice tires resembling real tires but quite thicker than rubber tires.

Furze claims the ice tires work like ordinary rubber tires but that didn't seem to be the case when he attached the tires to a bike and took it for a spin. The tires melted as he sped along roads.
He even tested the ice tires in a ice rink but would up slipping and sliding because the tires couldn't get traction on the ice.
Undeterred, Furze took a helicopter to the top of a snow covered mountain and biked down the mountain on his ice bike.
The inventor also used orange juice to make his ice tires and sucked on the tire to show how tasty it was.
Furze is known for his kooky and outlandish "inventions." He previously invented real-life Wolverine claws and magnetic shoes.
"It used to be just a hobby, but now I earn enough from YouTube. Now I do this all day -- it's much more fun than plumbing."
