Fan Bingbing is China's Top Celebrity

Chinese actress Fan Bingbing topped the 2014 Forbes China Celebrity 100 list, a ranking of Chinese actors and actresses based on income and exposure.
It was the second time that Fan ranked No. 1 in the list published annually by Forbes. Forbes used several factors in the ranking, including a celebrity's income, search engine hits, and media exposure.

Fan Bingbing has an annual income of Rmb122million (US $24.4 million), Forbes said. She was followed by Hong Kong actor Andy Lau and Taiwanese singer Jay Chou.
The China Celebrity 100 was first released in 2004 and included Chinese celebrities born in Hong Kong, Taiwan and abroad in 2010.
NBA star Yao Ming topped the list for six straight years from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, Jackie Chan was ranked No. 1. Andy Lau and Jay Chou topped the list in 2011 and 2012, respectively, while Fan Bingbing took the top spot in 2013.
Born in Qingdao, Fan was ranked in 2010 as one of the 50 most beautiful people in China by Beijing News. She appeared in various movies since then and has graced the covers of several magazines in China.
She has received various awards from international and domestic festivals, such as the Tokyo International Film Festival, Beijing College Student Film Festival, and the Golden Horse Film Festival, among others.
Fan Bingbing stars in the latest installment of the X-Men franchise, the X-Men: Days of Future Past, where she played Clarice Ferguson, also known in the movie as Blink.
Among Fan Bingbing's movies that will be released this year and next year include "The White Haired Withc of Lunar Kingdom", "Yang Guifei", "The Lady in the Portrait", "The Moon and the Sun" and "Skiptrace".
