Row of expensive wines
Be careful when you dine at Atlantic City, where a man who didn't have his glasses on recently asked a waitress at dinner to choose the wine for him and ten of his business friends, and said okay when the waitress pointed to a bottle on the menu that she said cost "thirty seven fifty."
The dinner went well, until the bill came. The wine he had ordered actually cost US$3,750 per bottle!

CBS New York reports that Joe Lentini of Hazlet, New Jersey was dining with his friends at the Bobby Flay Steak at the Borgata Hotel and Casino in Atlanti City. When the host asked him to pick a drink, he asked the waitress to make a suggestion. When she did, Lentini assumed she meant US$37.50 and ordered the bottle.
Shocked at the bill, he called the waitress over and explained the mix-up, saying he would never have ordered a nearly US$4,000 bottle of wine. After speaking with the manager, he was able to have the price dropped to US$2,200 - and ended up splitting the cost with the other diners.
Describing the taste of the wine, Lentini said, "It was okay. It was good. It wasn't great. It wasn't terrible. It was fine."
CBS said the price of wine at the Bobby Flay Steak cost between $34 to $30,000 per bottle. So make sure you have glasses on when you order.
