Amanda Bynes was spotted Thursday morning sleeping inside a mall, with the actress reasoning that she doesn't have enough money for a hotel any longer. The photo of Bynes crashing into a sofa was in the middle of The Beverly Center in Los Angeles.
According to E!, shortly after photos were released by TMZ, the "She's The Man" actress immediately took to Twitter to explain her behaviour and her current living situation.

"I was not given money for a hotel so I have been staying with friends and I didn't get enough sleep last night so I fell asleep on a couch @ the Beverly center and a paparazzi snuck in and took pictures of me," Bynes first tweeted.
"FYI! I hate my parents for still not giving me money for a hotel. What is wrong with them? My lawyer is working to have them fully removed from being my conservator, because they don't deserve control over my money - They are miserable in their life and I will fight to get control of my finances taken away from them!," added the "Hairspray" actress.
Parents of the 28-year-old are reportedly moving to Texas already, apparently decided on ending their conservatorship over her. It appears they believe they are not equipped of convincing the troubled actress she needs meds and doctors in order to survive, reports TMZ.
Amanda's mother, Lynn, who was also previously granted a conservatorship over her daughter's financial decisions but pending hearing set for early next year, will be stepping down as her personal conservator, a source told E! News
A professional conservator will now reportedly be brought in to take care of the former "Nickelodeon" star's daily needs - her medical decisions. Meanwhile, Lynn will be conservator when it comes to her daughter's estate, according to E! Online.
Last week, Amanda crashed at a friend's place. However, she has still been wandering around West Hollywood area with no refuge.
She is reportedly getting $50 to $100 a day, but given her lifestyle, it's not enough, especially when it comes to getting a place of her own. Even if she reportedly stayed with friends, she didn't go back to their place the previous night.
The actress is saying, complaining, that she doesn't have enough money even for a hotel room for a night.
Earlier this week, Bynes announced on Twitter that she has been diagnosed as "bipolar and manic depressive." She also mentioned her conservatorship and what she thinks about the situation with her parents.
"I'm so mad at my parents," the actress said on her Twitter rant. "They are with holding my belongings and money from me so I don't have new clothes or enough money to rent an apartment."
The original conservatorship hearing was held due to the actress being hospitalized. It was on an involuntary psychiatric hold. Bynes was later released from the mental institution on Oct. 31.
