Actor-comedian Andy was arrested on suspicion of stealing a man's $1,000 chain necklace, then riding off on a bicycle with it. He was released on $25,000 bail around 5 a.m. after being arrested Friday night, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The incident occurred last week. Dick reportedly stopped a man on Hollywood Boulevard to admire his necklace. Dick asked to look at it more closely. When the man complied with his request, he snatched the necklace and rode away, police said.

The necklace owner reported the incident to police who were unable to locate Dick until Friday. They found him just after 11 p.m., riding his bike near his Hollywood apartment and arrested him on suspicion of felony grand theft. He was scheduled to appear in court December 4.

The 48-year-old former "NewsRadio" and stand-up comedian has been a celebrity bad boy for quite a while. His long history battling drug and alcohol abuse is well documented. He has been arrested and found guilty of drug possession and battery among other charges.

Dick's bad behavior has been a subject of frequent stories in the tabloid press. He was accused of roughing up a Hollywood tourist in January 2012.

Dick was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication in 2011 at Temecula after an incident at a Marie Callendar's restaurant. In another 2011 incident, he was accused of taking out his genitals and rubbing them against a man's face at a Dallas comedy club.

The controversial comic was arrested in 2008 at Murrieta on suspicion of drug possession and sexual battery when he allegedly pulled down a 17-year-old girl's shirt and fondling her breasts.

In another well-documented exhibition of bad behavior, Dick was kicked off the "Jimmy Kimmel Live" talk show when he inappropriately touched Ivanka Trump, a fellow guest.
