It seems like Michelle Ye and the mysterious Mr. B can't keep their feelings for each other hidden anymore.

Recently, Mr. B, Ye's mystery love, spent an impressive amount of money just to let the actress know how much he loves her.

Amidst the backdrop of the Expo Axis that was constructed for the 2010 Shanghai World Expos, Mr. B played a photo slideshow of the star wherein in between photos, he posted the sweet message "Michelle, I hope to be the shoulder that blocks you from the wind and rain - Mr. B."

Love confessions done through the said structure is commonplace; however, to have had a message displayed with a light show costs around $6 million HKD.

Before the literal public display of affection, Mr. B uploaded a one-minute video that delved into his love for the actress online.

After the said video was uploaded, an insider shared that Mr. B was Ye's classmate at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. According to the source close to Mr. B, the 34-year old actress turned him down, but the persistent suitor continued to court her until she eventually realized that she had fallen for him as well.

It seems that the two are a couple at this point - or at least, headed to couplehood. Taking  to her Sina Weibo blog last October, Ye posted photos of herself wearing a wedding dress and captioned them with, "If I were to fall in love, it'd have to be with you @BJ.L."

The recent love message at the Expo Axis led fans to speculate that the "BJ.L." mentioned on Ye's blog is the mysterious and wealthy Mr. B.

In 1999, Ye won the Miss Chinese International competition, after which she signed on with Rich & Famous Talent Management Group Ltd to pursue a movie career.

She is best known for her roles in the dramas "Eternal Happiness," "Triumph in the Skies," and "Lost in the Chamber of Love".
