5 more H7N9 samples found including pigeon


Five H7N9-positive samples including one from a wild pigeon have been detected in China.

Except the pigeon sample, other four are collected form poultry markets.

So far, the research has found 39 samples of H7N9 in Shanghai and the provinces around. 

A reseracher said, there probably is a transmission of the H7N9 virus from wild birds to poultry, but it's not proven yet. 

Although the rare virus didn't cause a wide range of epdemic among the poultry, the country's poultry industry is experiencing a huge impact by the H7N9 horror.

According to a satatistic, the loss in poultry market was more than 16.7 billion yuan. Lots of relevent business are increasingly suffering form this virus storm.
