Policemen in the Philippines are now hunting the man who raped a dog and posted the video of the assault on Facebook. The dog died after the sexual assault.
The controversial video of a man raping a dog was aired by national televisions in the Philippines Wednesday night. It was circulated on Facebook but was later removed by the owner, who used the alias "Magni Fico".

The video showed a man raping a dog. Experts said the dog was apparently drugged during the sexual assault. The dog died after rape and the man was even seen playing with his sex organ afterwards.
The video immediately created a firestorm of comments and protests from netizens in the Philippines and abroad, who said the act could only be done by someone who has lost his mind.
"It was totally out of this world. Who would, in his right mind, rape a dog?" one netizen said. At least 200 angry comments flooded the Facebook account of the original poster of the video.
"I feel sick after watching your video. What made you do such a sick thing?" Phil Robinson, a member of the World Society for the Protection of Animals, said on his post on the Facebook account of the video poster.
The local animal rights group has not issued a statement yet regarding the video.
The news was first reported in a local TV program called T3. The hosts of the program, how express anger and rage over the video, said they have already sought the help of the National Bureau of Investigation's cyber crime division and the Philippine National Police to arrest the suspect.
A psychologist said people who sexually abused animals need psychiatric help. A person who does such act of bestiality suffers from a mental disorder called zoophilia, the psychologist said.
It was not the first case of animal rape in the Philippines. In 2008, a 33-year-old farmer was arrested for raping a dog and a pig in the province of Oriental Mindoro.
