The house where Oscar Pistorius allegedly shot his girlfriend to death had been sold, his agent announced Friday, in the course of the escalating legal fees that need to be paid for the murder trial.
Ansie Louw, the estate agent of the former Olympian, announced that the upscale home in Pretoria already has a buyer and that they have looked into all the offers for the house.

One bid was accepted and the process of transferring the titles is now being completed.
The house where Pistorius and his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp lived before the shooting incident has an upward value of US $480,000 and had been selling since the first quarter of the year after the "Blade Runner" experienced difficulty in paying his legal team for his murder trial.
The team consists of three of the top defense lawyers in South Africa, a group of forensic and ballistics experts, as well as a crime scene reconstruction firm from the US.
The estimated total cost of the legal expenses is around US $9,000 per day. The trial, which was expected to be over in three weeks, has already reached its third month.
Just last March, one of Pistorius' legal counsels, named Brian Webber, said that the double-amputee athlete has to shell out his own money to pay for legal fees.
Webber also said that the home in Pretoria's Silver Woods Country Estate is needed to be placed in the market to be able to come up with enough money to cover the ballooning legal expenses.
The sprinter had used his uncle's house, also located in Pretoria, after the shooting incident.
The athlete had lost a lot of his endorsement deals that used to pay him around US $510,000 annually.
Pistorius is also the owner of two other real estate properties that has a total value of almost US $145,000 in Pretoria, as well as a vacant lot in Cape Town that is worth 1.6 million rand.
