The episode began in Arendelle with Ingrid hiding the dumpling box which holds the Sorcerer's magic hat that strips the magic off from people under a rock freezing it. She then went to the Enchanted Forest to make a deal with the Sorcerer's Apprentice. Ingrid wants him to make her a third sister who will fit perfectly with her twisted family in exchange for the Sorcerer's magic hat. The apprentice then responds that the perfect sister that Ingrid wants will take time, but Ingrid was willing to wait.

Emma, in Strorybrooke, awakens inside her car in the woods with her powers surging through her hands when Henry, who's been looking for her, appears and touches one of her hands despite her request that he stay away. Upon doing this, a bright yellow light throws him backward. Noticing that there's a bit of blood on the side of his head, Henry stood up and finally leave.

On the other hand, Robin wants to take Regina out after their previous rendezvous but was rejected. Regina feels that their relationship is doomed but Robin was still optimistic about it. So she shows him the storybook to prove that she will never get a happy ending then they both decided that they can never see each other again.

In a flashback in Arandelle, Ingrid wants to ignite a rivalry between Elsa and Anna so she feeds her niece with lies and then a furious Elsa goes down to the dungeon to act like she was confronting her sister but in reality the two siblings were actually looking for a way to get rid of Ingrid. Elsa, Anna and Kristoff were able to find the urn inside the castle and planned on using it against Ingrid when their plan backfired where Ingrid made Anna turn against her sister and sucks Elsa inside a vessel before she realizes what she was doing. Rumplestiltskin shows up and takes Elsa hostage in exchange for the magic hat when the apprentice also shows up to present Ingrid with an alternative which she chose.

Emma still struggling to control her growing power begs Rump to help her and he took that opportunity to lead her to an abandoned building where he plans to steal Emma's power and send her into hat world. A lot of things happened and Emma was saved. Or so they thought. So watch out what happens next and stay tuned to 'Once Upon a Time'.
