The actress and husband actor Brad Pitt were in Sydney to attend the glolbal premiere of Unbroken, the biopic directed by the Oscar-winning actress.

Jolie was glorious in the strapless black and white Gucci lace gown that she wore. Her hair was fixed in a chignon.
Unbroken is the actress' second directorial stint, which is based on the life of war hero and Olympian Louis Zamperini.
Pitt, meanwhile, ever the gorgeous, sported dark sunglasses and a simple black suit.
Jolie shed tears after red carpet host Emma Freedman read her a quote which Zampirini said about her.
The war veteran died last July, shortly after the film about his life finished shooting.
The PoW survivor had high regards for the actress saying Jolie "became a great part of my life."
"She knows what she wants, and she knows what she's doing, and I trust her one hundred per cent. I have all the confidence in the world that Unbroken will be a great film," wrote.
Jolie was moved into tears before she composed herself and resumed the photo ops.
But the event wasn't just a highlight of Australian celebrities. The premiere also welcomed a host of inspirational Australians who, just like Zampiri, also managed to survived the toughest adversities in their life to inspire other people.
Turia Pitt, who was among of those invited to attend the screening, was vocal about her admiration to Jolie because of her ceaseless efforts to raise awareness for various causes.
"She uses her profile to raise awareness for the good of humanity and that's a very admirable quality to have so hats off to her, she's amazing," she said.
