Nancy Wu and Patt Shum Have Gone Their Separate Ways: Couples Not Closing Their Doors to the Possibility of Reconciliation

Nancy Wu and Patt Shum have come to a decision to start their lives separately. Wu made it public to the media on November 16 that her relationship with marketing entrepreneur Shum meets its end.
Speculations are strong that the break-up was due to Shum's alleged alliance with a third party. However Wu firmly dismisses such ideas saying that her estranged partner never cheated on her and that she wants the public to know that she was treated well. So the real cause of separation is still unclear.

Jayne Stars revealed that a marriage was actually expected from their relationship; however Wu said that the rumours stemmed from the media and not exactly the couple's plan. But on her part, she once considered Shum to be the right choice for a lifetime partner.
Previous relationships with Deep Ng and Kenneth Ma also suffered the same fate. News came out that failures were due to her extravagant lifestyle which could be too costly to maintain. She negated such ideas and explains instead that issues are too complicated for the outsiders and words alone could not describe certain things in a relationship, particularly when it comes to justifying a break-up.
The two have remained friends and have settled the differences peacefully before they parted ways. They refused to comment on the possibility of reconciliation, but it appears that they are not closing their doors yet.
