(Photo : nypost.com) Drones caught flying over South Korea's side of the border.
North Korea denied the claims of a South Korean report that said Pyongyang flew small drones across the border to capture images of strategic sites.
The North Korean Army narrated to the state media on Monday that the findings released last week by Seoul were fabricated and were meant to incite a confrontation between the two warring nations.

The statement from Pyongyang suggested that Seoul was just making up stories about the origin of the drones in a senseless attempt to divert the attention of the public away from the tragic Sewol ferry accident.
According to the reports from South Korea, three small unmanned drones were seen flying over their territory in close proximity to the greatly militarized border in March and April this year.
The South Korean Defense Ministry said last week that they saw evidences that the drones were sent by North Korea and they were intended to return to Pyongyang.
The tiny, single-engine propeller aircraft have built-in Japanese-made digital cameras and appeared as if they were bought from a hobby shop.
All the drones were set to fly over the military zones and a couple of them contain pictures of military interest targets, particularly the significant islands located near the demilitarized zone as well as the Blue House, where South Korean President Park Geun-hye lives and takes office.
Aside from its neighboring foe, Pyongyang was also furious with the American participation in the investigation about the drones.
According to the North Korean statement, the US is just trying to lay down a foundation to justify the need to attack Eurasia and plant a long-term presence in South Korea.
Yet South Korea's Defense Ministry spokesperson, Kim Min-seok, was unfazed by North Korea's denials, stating Monday that Pyongyang was dodging responsibility and just trying to cover up what they did.
He went on to further criticize their neighbor, stating that the communist country must be diminished as soon as possible.
The exchange of heated words between North and South Korea came in the midst of the growing tensions on the peninsula.
North Korea warned that they would hold a new nuclear test, an act that would violate the pressure from the US to abandon their nuclear program.
North Korea also launched a series of rocket and missile tests last March and April while the US and South Korea were conducting their annual military drill, drawing condemnation from the UN.
