The hotly anticipated iPhone 6 with larger screen sizes will go into retail in China and the rest of the world starting August.
Tech sources in the USA revealed that an iPhone 6 version with a screen size of 11.9 cm (4.7 inch) will go on sale in August. A 13.9 cm (5.5 inch) or a 14.2 cm (5.51 inch) version will be released in September.

Analysts expect some 80 million iPhone 6 handsets to be produced this year. They said increasing the iPhone's screen size will likely help Apple regain market share from Samsung and other low-end competitors, mostly Chinese.
There is a lot of speculation about the iPhone 6's final specs, but the more plausible ones from tech pundits include a possible higher display resolution than the 1136 x 640 resolution on the iPhone 5S. A resolution of 1920 x 1080 would seem to be likelier, but other techies say Apple, Inc. might go for the massive 2560 x 1440.
A fingerprint sensor will be on the iPhone 6, naturally. A new A8 SoC (System-on-a-Chip) in the new phone is a given, and will probably be an A7. The iPhone 6′s CPU could be clocked at some 1.5GHz and it might have a tweaked GPU.
The rumor mill agrees that the iPhone 6 will almost certainly have a new and advanced camera. There will also be a bigger or better imaging sensor producing bigger and better pixels.
The iPhone 6 will likely be encased in aluminum like the iPhone 5S. The display could be made of sapphire glass. Sapphire is the second hardest material after diamond.
Just this month, Apple's major technology partner for sapphire glass production, GT Advanced Technologies, said it was ready to commercialize its new ASF165 sapphire growth furnaces. GT expects high quality commercial volume production by the third quarter-just in time for the iPhone 6 to hit retail shelves.
