But why did she do it?
Working with renowned photographer Jean-Paul Goude was one of the reasons why she was lured to say yes.
"I was so honored and excited to work with (photographer Jean-Paul Goude) because he is a legend, and for me that was something I wanted to do to make myself feel confident," she said in an interview at the Australian TV show The Project, Us Weekly reports.
She also admits that she's not perfect and she doesn't encourage everyone to do what she did, but she encouraged the audience to always pursue what they want to do in life.
"As a role model I'm not saying anyone else should do that, but for me it was an art project and it taught me to do what you want to do," she added.
"I'm never one to preach, but I felt really positive and really good about myself. I love the photos, I did it for me, I hope other people like them," she continued as she wants to set an example to others.
Host Rove McManus asked her if she could really balance a champagne glass on her butt.
"Can you actually balance a champagne glass on your derriere, or was it all Photoshopped?" he asked.
"My back hurt for about a week after that shoot ... I used muscles," Kardashian responded.
McManus attempted to remake what she did but to no avail.
"You don't have as big a butt as I do," Kardashian told her.
Kardashian recently made a trip to Melbourne to promote her new fragrance Fleur Fatale.
