MTV reality star Tila Tequila, whose real name is Tila Nguyen, has just given birth to her first child on November 16. Nguyen named her baby girl Isabella Monroe and, shared with Us Weekly that her newborn is "so perfect and beautiful".

Weighing 7 pounds and 2 ounces, Isabella is said to be the apple of her mother's eye, with Nguyen stating that she is extremely in love with her daughter.

Nguyen has kept her fans and Facebook followers updated all throughout her nine-month pregnancy.

Aside from using Facebook to update interested parties, Nguyen also regularly updated her website to write about her pregnancy and, also about her hopes for having a boy.

According to the star, she felt that she really wanted a boy for a long time because most of her family members wanted her to have a boy, however, now that she has a girl, she feels deep down that she was really hoping for a daughter. "I wanted a little mini-me so that when she grows up I could do everything with her and be able to talk to her about anything!" she added.

A night before giving birth, the 33-year old reality star also wrote about having to wait so long to give birth, sharing that maybe "Baby Tila" is enjoying herself too much in her womb that she has become to lazy to come out.

With her baby finally in the world now, Nguyen shared that she will actually miss being pregnant.

"I love being able to feel my baby move inside of me, I know when she's happy, I know she hears me when I talk to her.  I just feel this incredible bond with my daughter and I feel like she is so safe in there and protected from all harm!" the star shared.

The father of her child is struggling musician Thomas Paxton Whitaker.
