For US $1,500, anyone in the US can now get their hands on Google Inc's beta version of the Google Glass while supplies last.
In a blogpost published on Tuesday, the Internet giant announced that it has launched a "more open beta" to make the Google Glass available to anyone in the US as long as the company's stocks of the smart eyewear lasted, according to NDTV Gadgets.

Last month, Google launched a one-day sale in the US for the famed Glass. The device had been sold for the same amount during that day.
As of now, Google is still working to improve the Glass' hardware and software. The company did not confirm the number of glasses it would release to the public, or if they intend to manufacture more of the product after their current supply runs out.
Google is expected to roll out the consumer version of the glass to the general public later this year.
Google Glass is an electronic screen the size of a stamp that can be mounted on the side of eyeglass frames. The Glass is able to record video, dispense detailed driving directions, access email, and search the Internet for information by tapping into the user's mobile phone.
The device has been the center of several privacy concerns that caused some legislators to draw up bans on the Glass.
According to Google, all of its Glass stock was sold out in a single day when it went on sale to the general public last month. The exact number of devices it sold was not revealed by the American Internet giant.
The news about the indefinite US sale of the Glass had been confirmed by the firm on its Google+ Glass account. A post on the page indicated that the product is still in the "Explorer Program."
Although the slots in the said program have already been filled up, Google announced that it will attempt to increase the number of slots for another round of the program in the future.
