Attendees expected no less from Miley Cyrus' happyland motif bash during the singer's 22^nd birthday party last Saturday at the Factory Nightclub in West Hollywood.

The party was an extravagant parade of psychedelic ensembles, Stillhouse drinks and cocktails, a photo booth, mechanical adult toys, neon-tinted baloons, Beacher's Madhouse performance, and an outrageously huge cake in the form of a pizza.

A reliable source tells PEOPLE how Cyrus displayed a mood of "great spirits" as she danced and sang the night away with friends.

Gracing visitors the entire night with Cyrus was boyfriend Patrick Schwazenegger who took on an airplane pilot outfit and who, together with his girlfriend, plowed into the birthday cake.

Many attested to how cute, cuddly, and affectionate the two were together during the entire event. It can be recalled that romance between the 2 have blossomed only this month, as confirmed by a photo of the love birds kissing each other during a football match at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum last November 13^th.

It was also spilled that during the party, Cyrus was, at one point, caught dancing and singing topless as she sported a dazzling yellow and pink jacket made with fur.

It is common knowledge to her fans that this is definitely not the first time the singer-actress is appearing topless in front of the camera.

Just recently, for the benefit of the Golden Lady Company, Cyrus performed and recorded a 30-second ad where she displayed a shirtless body as she childishly wrecks a stuffed teddy bear.

Cyrus' birthday is on November 23 so the party was ad advanced celebration. An insider confirmed that Jeff Beacher planned the entire birthday bash which concluded at arounf 2 a.m. Judging from the photos that proliferated the net, everybody surely had a great and grand time.
