It seems like we are going to see more of Oscar Isaac because after he booked a role in the new "Star Wars" film, Isaac will star as Apocalypse on the new "X-Men" movie, the "X-Men: Apocalypse".

Isaac will do the role of Apocalypse in the new "X-Men" movie, Tom Hardy was reportedly being courted to play the role of Apocalypse but obviously it didn't work out.  Singer had a meeting with different actors for the past few weeks and it was Isaac who booked the role.

Apocalypse is an extremely powerful "X-Men" villain born 5000 years ago in Egypt. The character remained alive because of his god-like powers such as immortality and healing factor.

Isaac will do the movie alongside other "X-Men actors like Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, Nicholas Hoult and Michael Fassbender. The movie was set in 1980s which means there will be new actors who will play the young Jean Grey and Cyclops.

 "X-Men: Apocalypse" will be Bryan Singer fourth "X-Men" directorial job. Simon Kinberg will also make a comeback as the scriptwriter for the new "X-Men" movie. Kinberg is not the only writer for the new movie; he will also work with Michael Dougherty and Dan Harris.

Channing Tatum is also rumored to play the role of Gambit and Hugh Jackman may comeback as Wolverine.

Oscar Isaac is a Guatamela- born actor and singer who is best known for his movie, "Inside Llewyn Davis". Isaac had made a number of movies such as "Drive" with Ryan Gosling and "Robin Hood" with Russell Crowe but it was "Inside Llewyn Davis" that gave him the spotlight. He received a Best Actor award at National Society of Film Critics Awards and Best Supporting Actor at AACTA Award.

"X-Men: Apocalypse" is planned to released on May 27, 2016 and it will be released by 20^th Century Fox.
