South Korean actor Lee Byung Hun is said to be frustrated over the leaked information regarding the recent trial held Monday, against girl band GLAM member Kim Da Hee and model Lee Ji Yeon, following the extortion case the actor filed against them.

Lee is said to have submitted his testimony to the Seoul Central District Court and it said to have contained his statement regarding his alleged relationship with Ji Yeon.
However, media outlets have reported that despite the agreed upon confidentiality of his testimony, the 24-year old model's lawyer is said to have quoted the 'G.I. Joe' star's statement during a short interview with the press.
Ji Yeon's lawyer is said to have told the media that Lee sent a message to the model that implied their relationship through a messenger, but later, the actor is said to have claimed that it was merely a joke between close friends.
Following the leak, Lee's legal advisers have released an official statement, saying that Ji Yeon's lawyer has spoken to the media and has leaked private information to the public through that event.
"Since it was a closed-door trial, the justice department gave the warning for disclosure but he did," Lee's lawyers said in their statement. They later aired out their grievances about how the media wrote and published stories about the controversial parts of the trial when it has not been the focus of the day's trial.
Lee's camp also explained that they couldn't reveal the testimonies of the suspects since there had been a close-door agreement between them and the court. Despite their disappointment, the lawyers also stated that they do not think it's smart to clarify things just because of one statement made by the opposing camp.
Furthermore, they have expressed that they felt sorry that the media took advantage of the one-sided comment when there hasn't been any decisions made by the court.
Da Hee and Ji Yeon's trial was moved to a later date and will be held on December 16.
