The animals would be handed over to the Malaysia based company from the China Conservation & Research Center on Tuesday.

The panda exhibition will not be immediately open for public viewing as the pair would first adjust themselves to the new environment. A further notice will be sent out announcing the date of the public debut of the panda exhibit.

Malaysia paid hefty CNY10 million cash for the expenses of the pair of panda. This would be used as the living expenses of the animals.

Meanwhile, the construction of the animals' house started in April 2013. The exhibition hall has invested MYR25 million for the construction.

The panda house covered 1.6 acres of land including an X-ray area, a nursery and veterinary clinic. It also included panda rooms, a laboratory, a kitchen and several monitoring areas.

There are also cafes, souvenir stores and lounge areas available for the public when they come and see the pandas.

The panda house expects the number of visitors to be around 2,800 to 3,600 maximum a day. Visitors would be allowed to stay inside the panda house for 30 minutes.

The shipment of the pair was originally scheduled on April. However, the shipment has incurred delays following the incident of the Malaysia Airlines flight MH370. The panda exhibit also took in to consideration the feelings of those who lost their loved ones during the mysterious disappearance of the aircraft in March.
