According to Hong Kong media reports, the 46-year old, who served as Ku's assistant before becoming his girlfriend, was spotted some days ago at a supermarket in Hong Kong. Chan is said to be on a grocery shopping trip when she was seen by the paparazzi.
Chan, who was known for maintaining a slim figure, is said to have put on some weight. In the photographs taken by the media, the actress allegedly appeared bloated and is sporting a double chin.
Furthermore, Ku's wife is said to have been wearing loose-fitting clothes and has been carefully holding onto the escalator rails as she was descending to the lower floor of the shopping center. Many have speculated that she is expecting especially after she left the mall in a hurry when she realized she is being photographed by reporters.
The 42-year old Mando- and Canto-pop singer nor his wife has commented about the issue.
On the other hand, Mani Fok, who is Ku's manager, stated that they will be glad to welcome the singer's child, claiming that it is happy news. However, the manager also stated that it's not yet sure whether Chan is pregnant and that they have not received word from the singer or his wife regarding the issue.
The manager also commented, "Both of them love kids and since they are married, they would definitely go ahead with baby-making. I keep rushing them to have one soon."
