Mainland Chinese actress Gong Li's manager Zheng Ji Chao is reportedly continuing to blast the 2014 edition of the Golden Horse Awards, spreading links of blogs and articles which criticizes the prestigious awards ceremony.
Previously, it had been reported that the actress was allegedly disappointed about the results of the 51st Golden Horse Awards which has been recently held in Taiwan, and that she purportedly aired her grievances through her agent, Zeng.

Speculations rose that Gong was disappointed about not winning the Best Actress award and some have also claimed that the actress has a conflict with the head of jury for the awards, Joan Chen, thus the result.
Zeng is said to have released a statement on behalf of the actress, saying that the people behind the awards lacked professionalism. Furthermore, the agent stated that Gong will not be attending the awards ceremony in the future.
Now, despite the actress keeping her silence about the issue, Zeng is said to be continuing on criticizing the awards by spreading links of articles that aimed to attack the Golden Horse awards.
Based on Taiwanese media reports, the 48-year old actress' manager has sent an article entitled 'Why the Golden Horse Awards is So Low' which was published by a Chinese language news portal called Tencent.
Said manager then linked another op-ed post that discusses the Golden Horse Awards' 'failure to account for people with sensitivities'. According to said article which was published by the same media outlet, Gong's loss at the event was a failure on the part of jury, answering the question of whether the article reflects the actress' own thoughts about the awards.
In addition, the manager revealed that the articles he had linked were all written by the Chinese media and that they, him and Gong, agree to their ideas, thus their decision to send out the articles for other people to read.
One of the articles that Zeng linked also states that Joan Chen should not be allowed to vote in the Best Actress accolade since she has a rumored conflict with Gong regardless of whether she voted for or against the actress.
